ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the application effect of safety management system in information-based system of hospital. Methods:The information-based system of hospital was selected as the research data to analyze the safety problems of this system. The safety management system with purpose was formulated and implemented in practice from safety management level and security technique level. The changes of safe and protective capability of information-based system of hospital and the incidence of information security incident were further observed. Results:Before the safety management system was implemented, the staffs of information department who thought the protective capability of information safety of hospital was lower account for 65%in all staffs of this department, while this rate decreased to 20%after this system was implemented. There were statistical differences between pre and post the application of safety management system (x2=4.173, P<0.05) .Besides, the incidence of information safety event post the application of this system (14.17%) was significantly lower than that pre the application of this system (29.37%) (x2=7.590, P<0.05) .Conclusion:The application of safety management system can enhance the protective capability of information-based system of hospital and reduce the occurrence of information security event.

ABSTRACT

AIM@#To investigate the different effects of salvianolic acid and notoginseng triterpenes on proliferation, angiogenesis and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in EA-hy926 cells in vitro.@*METHODS@#EA-hy926 cells were cultured in vitro. Salvianolic acid and notoginseng triterpenes at concentrations of 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mg·L(-1) were used to culture EA-hy926 cells. EA-hy926 cells in a blank control group were grown in culture solution only. Viability of cells was assessed by CCK-8, and after treated for 12 h, capillary-like structures were examined. After 24 h culture, the expression of VEGF was detected by real-time PCR.@*RESULTS@#Salvianolic acid at 0.4, 0.8 mg·L(-1), the same as notoginseng triterpenes, increased VEGF content in EA-hy926 cells. Expression of VEGF protein in the salvianolic acid at 1.2 mg·L(-1) group, was up-regulated as compared with notoginseng triterpenes group (P < 0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Salvianolic acid and notoginseng triterpenes can promote EA-hy926 cell proliferation, angiogenesis and expression of VEGF protein. This analysis also provided evidence that salvianolic acid had the better effects as compared with notoginseng triterpenes.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo determine the distribution of allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis during the past 5 years in Shanghai area, and provide clinical reference for management strategies with regional character.

METHODSPatients with symptoms of allergic rhinitis were given skin prick test (SPT) from June 2005 to May 2010. Among the patients, the distribution of all allergens was analyzed. The positive rate was compared with age, gender, season, and so on.

RESULTSAmong 4637 individuals, the total positive rate of SPT was 62.84%. Dust mites were identified as the mostly responsible allergens. There was significant difference of variation with seasons (χ2=93.581, P<0.01), the highest rate was found in autumn and the lowest was found in spring. There was significant difference of the positive rate in different months (χ2=112.001, P<0.01), the most in October. There was a negative correlation between the positive rate and age (r=-0.792, P<0.01). The response intensity to dust mite allergy was decreased with age increased (P<0.01).

CONCLUSIONSDust mites were identified as the most common allergens among patients with allergic rhinitis during the past 5 years in Shanghai area. The younger group had the tendency of higher positive rate and response intensity than the elder. The positive rates of dust mites varied with different seasons.
